Each listing includes, when available: Facility Name, Product Category, Street Address, City, Postal Code, and Country if outside the United States, Phone, Fax, and Web Site. The Who’s Who is only available in digital form. It can be purchased as part of the PDF edition of the Portrait of the U.S. Appliance Industry.An Expanded Who’s Who edition is available as a delimited data file and it includes the names and titles of top personnel at each location.
